   HI, Though I love poetry and I would read a blog on a daily basis because of poetry, I also enjoy someone who posts a little more than poetry. I post everything from stories and poems to rants and whatever else comes to mind. Back when I started blogging, I read all over must have a direction and focus, I never could come up with one and for some reason over the years people have come to like everything under the sun blog. It works for me and maybe might work for you. Poetry is only words set in a particular rhythm and line design. Regular prose can be the same just read differently. What matters to me if you write from the heart and the people will come. Just my opinion I hope it helps!

   Ethan, Oddly I don’t come to your site to read poetry either, I have never been a big poetry fan. But…I must say I always find myself reading your poetry and enjoying it. I come to your site, because your posts are interesting. You are a funny, fussy, imaginative, interesting writer. Please just keep doing what you are doing.:) P.S. If you join a bunch of online communities through bloglog, you will get more readers.

   I think you that while the poetry should be the focus of the site, having any content that relates to poetry would greatly enhance the value of the site. To me it would make it more fun. Love the poetry, by the way. Simple and powerful. Put it to music!
