Lately i’ve been noticing that my blog titles have been coming from songs i’m listening too. But today I had one of THOSE thoughts that just hit you right while your in the middle of doing something.

The thought was, does anything really have a value? Or is it all a mirage to fool us into believing that one person is better than the next. I mean we all sleep at night, we all eat food, we all do the same things, yeah we all work different type of jobs and we’re all unique but whose to say that one person is better than the next.

In school children have it hard, whether they happen to be in a so called cliche’ of either being a nerd, jock, emo/scene, outcast or etc. Personally I think its quite unfair, each experience a person goes through molds there life view, that really smart kid everyone teases who ends up being discouraged and throws away his dream could’ve created something so wonderful it would’ve left the world in awe.

Everyone might seem different, but we’re all the same. Same needs, desires and yearnings.

Speaking of which, at work today I had the most wonderful opportunity to interact with a blind young man. His happiness was amazing and I actually envied how happy he was. His mother was also happy and so were his sibilings. They treated him normal and I must say it was just different. He didnt have sight, but was so polite and not to mention smart. It was amazing.

He may have been at a disadvantage according to mainstream society, but i’m sure he had more happiness than those who think they have it all.
