Welcome to my mind
a jungle growing
thick and deep
threats hiding
in shady spaces
dank and wet
the sun filters
through the trees
catching a solemn
butterfly supping
succulent nectar
feeding
lost with a
tattered, decrepit map
pausing to inhale
intoxicating, inebriating
thoughts
of an all consuming
puzzle with unknown
missing pieces.
