If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

So as you can see I have a new theme up somewhat custom I made a few changes, but i’m still contemplating getting a custom theme. What do you think of the new site look?

Following up to my last post about candy paint, its a type of high gloss, bright colored type of paint. I’ve included an example for all to see.

Over the past few days, well ever since I’ve been writing here on poeticmoney I’ve learned alot, seen the warmth the blogging communities bring to each blog,  I’ve also seen different site owners help each other in ways I never knew still existed. After awhile one starts to think that there isn’t anything called selflessness but alot of selfishness and I was sure proven wrong. I’m glad to see people helping each other and I’m trying my best to do just that.

The idea to feature different sites will come in the form of a review, looking at content, site navigation and any special features, but one main area i’ll be looking at is site interaction with others.  And that is the basic idea of how your site will be featured here on poeticmoney. For those interested I’ve now included a pretty nifty contact form on the site.. Its located to the top right corner in the navigation menu.. Just send me a email and I’ll start the work to feature you site.

This weeks tidbit is ” a smile on each  face, and a sparkle in each eye”

I’m not sure about anyone else but this daylights savings time well it being changed to start earlier has completely thrown me off, losing track of time is even worse in my opinion now. But make the best of it I say.

I’ve been noticing alot of people searching for Ron Paul on poeticmoney, I ponder whats the new buzz about him…

Till my next update.. I want to leave you all with this..

Enjoy life to the fullest and NEVER take anything for granted.

I was listening to this song which reminds me of the Geico tv ads where it said “It’s so easy a caveman can do it” well some smart hip hop artist decided to make a song out of it and I find it completely hilarious.

I’ve also noticed the theme on my blog isn’t displaying my posts exactly how I type them which takes alot away from the effect my words have on those who view the site, so i’m in the process of finding a theme that properly expresses the genre of PoeticMoney. I might even hire someone to design and code a custom layout for the site. In the meanwhile i’ll be using bold and normal text to show the differences in paragraphs.

This weeks tidbit is  “not a care or worry, no not even a tear would fall”

Also in the works is another contest for PoeticMoney, this one will be along the lines of maybe a tshirt or free advertising for a month, or even both. I just want to thank all those who stop by, I’ve received almost 800 pageviews yesterday and almost 400 unique hits. A drastic rise in viewers since i’ve taken over ownership of the site.

Ciao till my next update.

The response to my contest has disgusted me. I can’t believe that I went to the trouble of purchasing the account and now, I have a whopping grand total of 4 people participating, two of which are tied.

The contest ends on the 25th of this month.

The person with the most entries is going to recieve not only the $50 Adwords account, but also, a review, a 30 day link in my blogroll, and, to top it off, I’ll replace my “No Ads By Google” banner with their banner.

The way things are going right now, however, it looks like everybody’s just going to wind up being tied for first place.

IF you are participating, I suggest you gain more entries before the 25th.

Contest Entries

Post About This Contest - 3 Entries (Per Post) (Multiple posts are welcome)

Subscribe To My Feed via Email - 5 Entries

Add my 125×125 button to your site - 10 Entries (Per Site) (If you own multiple sites, add the button and receive 10 entries for each site)

Be one of the top 5 commentators at the end of the contest - 100 Entries

Seeing as how I just released my new site “Slam Blogger“, and it needs traffic, I’m going to extend contest even further.

If you’re currently tied at 18 entries (As most are) you can gain even more entries by subscribing to the Slam Blogger Feed (5 Entries) via email.

Also, if you want to go out on a limb and write a review of my newest site, I’ll give you 20 entries in the contest.

Finally, to tip the scales even more, the top 5 commentators on Slam Blogger, who are participating in this contest, will recieve another 100 entries.

There are plenty of ways to obtain entries, and a very large chance that you could win the Adwords account, the free advertising, and the review. The only thing you have to do is work for it. Google didn’t give me the account, but I’m willing to give it away to the person who works for it the most. You can always tell who is passionate about what they want, because usually, they wind up getting it. That’s the case here. If you want to win, you have to actually want it.

Again, let me point out that you CAN gain multiple entries if you make multiple posts about the contest.
