After many days of having no internet, family issues, dealing with a messed up economy and the many other interesting things 2008 has passed my way, i’m finally back.

Its now a new year, hope everyone has had a good 1st day of the year.

On the agenda is lots of goodies like wallpapers, site reviews, contests and best of all poetry will be here for your pleasure..

Saw this interesting little stamp from a deviant on deviant art.

And it got me thinking, is this how the world now has to be? where kids can now run around and do whatever they want without the least bit of correction? I remember when growing up that misbehaving especially in public was greeted with a form of correction, and i’m thankful for it because now today i’m a better person.

Have you ever wondered where your hopes and dreams vanished to? Ever asked yourself how you ended up in such a emotional state?

I was thinking the other day and it hit me, that alot of things in life we go after are the very things that drain out the very essence of who we are. That brand new card will eventually drain you of your happiness, that new house in that very high end community, will sap you of your very dreams of a happy life.

Every action we make, every choice is a step that can determine our lives forever. So my question to my readers is this.

Where are your hopes and dreams?
