So I’ve updated the site and its now running wordpress 2.5, I must thank my lovely fiance for updating my site, I must say she’s a real blessing to my life, truly inspiring. My reason for smiling each and everyday and my reason as to why I enjoy life so much.

Wordpress 2.5 is definately faster, and according to my significant other it has brought back the feeling of wanting to have a site. The user interface is pleasing to the eyes and brings a great sense of style and simplicity. It makes blogging a whole lot easier and its just fun at the same time.

I definately would say to anyone thinking about updating there site to DO IT haha. The new wordpress is just outstanding.

I’ve been focusing alot on joy and happiness and etc mainly to bring a smile to someone or lighten up the load they may be carrying, I know how hard it is when one is having a bad day and just searching for that one thing to change the mood. I’m launching a mini series called Joy in the morning. It’ll be a three part series with this being part number 1.

“Joy is defined as ‘a state of happiness or felicity’ or a state of bliss, but truly what is joy? Is joy an emotion, a lifestyle or just a phase we all go through? To me joy is all of the above, something that a person can’t explain, but yet can experience with just a overwhelming sense of happiness that brings the need for more.

No matter how bad an event in a person’s life may be there is always something that brings them to smile, to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, something that makes them forget about there present problem.

So what really is Joy in the morning? Well, we all know that after a bad day, after a terrible moment in which all hope seems to be lost, that there is always joy in the morning, joy after a full nights rest or period of relaxation and enjoying the good things of life, joy appears, hope appears for that brand new day…

The tidbit for today is ” When love was the essence of all things”.

So what are your thoughts on Joy? I’d love to hear what you have to say on the matter.

So as you can see I have a new theme up somewhat custom I made a few changes, but i’m still contemplating getting a custom theme. What do you think of the new site look?

Following up to my last post about candy paint, its a type of high gloss, bright colored type of paint. I’ve included an example for all to see.

Over the past few days, well ever since I’ve been writing here on poeticmoney I’ve learned alot, seen the warmth the blogging communities bring to each blog,  I’ve also seen different site owners help each other in ways I never knew still existed. After awhile one starts to think that there isn’t anything called selflessness but alot of selfishness and I was sure proven wrong. I’m glad to see people helping each other and I’m trying my best to do just that.

The idea to feature different sites will come in the form of a review, looking at content, site navigation and any special features, but one main area i’ll be looking at is site interaction with others.  And that is the basic idea of how your site will be featured here on poeticmoney. For those interested I’ve now included a pretty nifty contact form on the site.. Its located to the top right corner in the navigation menu.. Just send me a email and I’ll start the work to feature you site.

This weeks tidbit is ” a smile on each  face, and a sparkle in each eye”

I’m not sure about anyone else but this daylights savings time well it being changed to start earlier has completely thrown me off, losing track of time is even worse in my opinion now. But make the best of it I say.

I’ve been noticing alot of people searching for Ron Paul on poeticmoney, I ponder whats the new buzz about him…

Another posting influenced by a song I was listening to.. but this one is a bit different. What is candy paint, I mean I know what it is but really how did it get its name, what makes it so special that all these stars and celebs getting there cars painted that way.

So i’ve realized my content pretty much is awful, and i’m working on it, just alot on my mind these days. Mainly i want to be able to feature people on Poeticmoney, those wanting to get exposure and such, trying to raise traffic and so on around the blog as well as earn something(no i’m not going to splatter ads all over the place) so that I can get a custom theme as well as sponsor contests and startup blogs. What do you all think of that idea?

Another thing that has crossed my mind is viewers of poeticmoney who use Blackberry phones.. I’d love to know how many of you there are so i can maybe go about creating a custom theme for Poeticmoney so you can use on your device. So just leave me a comment and let me know.
