admin If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
I was listening to this song which reminds me of the Geico tv ads where it said “It’s so easy a caveman can do it” well some smart hip hop artist decided to make a song out of it and I find it completely hilarious.
I’ve also noticed the theme on my blog isn’t displaying my posts exactly how I type them which takes alot away from the effect my words have on those who view the site, so i’m in the process of finding a theme that properly expresses the genre of PoeticMoney. I might even hire someone to design and code a custom layout for the site. In the meanwhile i’ll be using bold and normal text to show the differences in paragraphs.
This weeks tidbit is “not a care or worry, no not even a tear would fall”
Also in the works is another contest for PoeticMoney, this one will be along the lines of maybe a tshirt or free advertising for a month, or even both. I just want to thank all those who stop by, I’ve received almost 800 pageviews yesterday and almost 400 unique hits. A drastic rise in viewers since i’ve taken over ownership of the site.
Ciao till my next update.

admin Poetry is the essence of life I do believe. In the past few days PoeticMoney.com has changed hands. Ethan was looking for someone to take care of his brainchild, and here I am. My name is David, some people call me Shaun. I’m open to suggestions and definately looking forward to getting to know everyone that leaves a comment here. My intentions for this site are to maintain the poetic spirit that the world is losing, to create a place where people can enjoy poetry. So don’t feel afraid to send me a email and also dont forget to visit Ethan’s site Slamblogger

admin If you’re like me you’re probably looking around trying to do everything you can to increase your rss readership. I found out about rssHugger via Mixed Market Arts. It seems to be a feed syndication website, in which readers and bloggers alike can connect and view and subscribe to different feeds all from one place. The process is pretty simple, you simply sign up and write a post about rssHugger and your blog is added and ready to start receiving traffic.
Here’s a quote from Mixed Market Arts.
“The Idea
rssHugger is a unique website that aims to bring bloggers and readers together. rssHugger aims to provide blog owners with a unique easy-to-use way to promote their blogs by sending them traffic, building backlinks for search engine optimization, as well as attracting new rss subscribers if the content is interesting to the reader. rssHugger aims to help visitors be able to easily find blogs that write about subjects they are interested in. These subjects include: internet marketing, making money online, charity, sports, gambling, and many more. If the visitors find a blog that they had not previously heard about, they can easily add it to their RSS readers or bookmark it.”
Collin seems to expect this to be huge in a short amount of time. His goal originally was to get 50,000 blogs signed up with a $10 initial fee, but luckily, things were changed around and now anybody can add their blog for free by simply making a post about rssHugger. If you don’t want to make a post about rssHugger, there is an option to pay a one time $20 fee.
I personally think that once this gets a little bit bigger, it will be the next viral thing in the blogosphere. Speaking of that, whatever happened to BlogRush? I took the widget off of my sidebar because it was bringing me only 2 visits per week. Has it brought anybody else any traffic?
