admin If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Poetry 2.0 is officially underway.
I searched around until I found something that I could afford.
My hosting is at HostGator (excellent choice)
I found a coupon code that allowed me to get my hosting for only $0.01 for my first month.
This blog will be switched to Wordpress by the end of the night. (I hope)
I am not stopping until I have it switched over.
If you are a reader of my blog, please help me promote my site even further. Tell everybody you know about my new site. The URL is going to be the same.
Anybody that writes a post about my switch to Wordpress will receive a post linking back to their site. (You must email me (dudeinwrens (at) gmail.com) a link to your post)
I’ve got to get to work if I hope to be finished any time soon.
Hostgator was recommended to me by Amy Bass
Note : The Hostgator links are affiliate links. (Sign-up if you want to help me out) The price is pretty cheap by itself, but if you want to get the deal that I did, you need to search Google for a coupon code.

admin This month I have come up with a few goals that I intend on reaching. In doing so I know that I’ll come out on top instead of remaining in the hole. To keep you informed, due to some unauthorized transactions through my paypal account, my bank account is now -$20 instead of the $1 I had in there. Hopefully I’ll get all of that cleared up as soon as possible.
1) Obtain 50 Active Cash Crate referrals.
This one is going to take a lot of work on my part, but I know that it will pay off in the end. If you aren’t familiar with Cash Crate, be sure to read my Cash Crate Review . Also, if you decide to sign up for Cash Crate, I would simply just ask that you do so from one of my links.
2) Write Articles.
I just received my first up-front payment from Associated Content (AC). I submitted the article yesterday, and when I got home from class today, I saw the email from paypal. There’s a screen shot of the email that was sent to me. Call it proof. My goal for this month is to write no less than 5 articles per day, every day. By doing so, (in a perfect world of course) 5 x 3 = 15. $15 per day X 30 days in November = $450
3) Setup a few niche blogs. Once I get this blog switched over to Wordpress, I will start on setting up niche blogs in order to get some adsense revenue going.
4) Sell poems to anybody who wants them. This month, since I am considering November my power month, all poems will be sold for $10. Along with your poem, you would receive the rights to change and do with as you wish, or you can leave it posted on my blog, and I can link a few keywords back to your site.
Those are my 4 goals. I don’t think that any of these should pose too much of a problem. The only thing that I’m worried about, is Cash Crate. So far I’ve made $50.46. That’s how much my check was. I didn’t get to take a picture because of bank overdraft charges. If you are looking for a way to make some money online, or, you just want to help me out, please sign up for Cash Crate.

admin We’ll think of this post as a “Get To Know Ethan” post.
This picture you see is a picture of me, and my girlfriend. (Wasn’t my hair great?)((It’s all gone now)) We’ve been together for…Uh oh, a year and a half? I think that’s about right. If it’s not, it’s close enough. No people, I haven’t forgotten how long we’ve been together; she reads my blog quite frequently. (It’s meant as a joke for her)
Well, I started blogging at the beginning of September, and do you know what Sunny(Girlfriend) always complained about?
“Ethan get off of the computer, you’ve been sitting there for 8 hours!” These were the words that were spoken to me just about everyday for a while there.
Up until recently, when I received my Cash Crate check for $50, Sunny always told me that my online endeavors were pointless, in not so many words. Yes, yes, recently Sunny has been asking me all sorts of questions. Such as “How many hits did you get today?” or “How many clicks did your ads get today?”
Well, it turns out that little miss “I want you off the computer” is giving in. She decided to start up a blog of her own. I’m not sure at this point if she’s looking to do as I am, and make money online, but I do know that she has a blog, and it’s looking rather nice so far.
Speaking of her blog, notice the picture of her son AJ. Now, keep in mind that he is not my son, but I adore him as if he were. Now, for those of you out there who personally know me, you know that I’m not one to take any interest whatsoever in children, because I simply find any and all of them annoying as anything. AJ happens to be the one and ONLY exception to that rule.
Now that you all know just a tiny bit more about who it is that I am, isn’t your world soooo much better? No?
The post is over, what do you do now? Go to Sunny’s brand new blog and do something that only 20 people have done on my blog… COMMENT. I’m sure that would surprise her, to wake up to a bunch of comments.
Still, I want you to refrain from commenting on my blog, this isn’t asking a lot because as I said, in 2 months I’ve gotten 20 comments out of 95 different posts. If you all of a sudden feel the need to comment, sure, go ahead. It’ll be way different when Poetry 2.0 is rolled out.

admin Blogging is something that I have grown to love. For the past two months I have been building and building upon the simple idea that created PoeticMoney.com. I’ve written just under 100 posts so far. I’ve been having an average of 100 visits a day. I’ve bought the domain name. Now, I’ve got one other task to take this blog to the next level.
If you’ve taken a venture across the Blogosphere lately, you should notice that a lot of blogs set up originally on Blogger, are switching over to Wordpress. Speaking of that, be sure and take a look at the newly redesigned MyDebtFreeGoal.com now on Wordpress. I am doing the same. Wordpress, simply put, is an all around better platform in which to do your blogging in. The layout is much more attractive, and user friendly, and that’s what attracts readers.
For those of you who have subscribed to my feed, or who are regular readers here at PoeticMoney.com, you’re probably wondering when I’m going to actually switch over. What could I be spending all of my time doing? Right now, I’ve just about got everything the way I want it. I am completely redesigning everything, and I think you’re going to like it.
To give you an idea of what awaits you at PoeticMoney.com once it’s switched over to Wordpress, let me explain.
The New PoeticMoney.com includes
That’s just to name a few things.
As for the theme, here’s what I’ve gotten so far. Note: This is subject to change
So what’s holding me back? Why isn’t PoeticMoney.com on Wordpress already? Well, actually, it already is, but guess what! You can’t visit it.
Not right now anyway. I have Wordpress installed on my localhost, and I’m just trying to put it all together the way that I want before I launch it. I have been working on it day and night for about a week now. I want it to be perfect before I set it free. I personally think that the new PoeticMoney.com will become a prominent figure in the Blogosphere. Just wait until you see what I’ve done with it.
What You Should Do Until The ReleaseTELL EVERYBODY
Let people know about the site. Tell your friends! Tell your friends friends! Tell the world by Digging and Stumbling this post (Or through any social network you choose). Also, tell me what you think. I always enjoy comments, and I usually respond to all of them as soon as I can.The Real Reason
The real reason that the Wordpress version of this blog isn’t up and running already is because of hosting. I know, I know, hosting can be as cheap as $6/month! But have you looked at my earnings this month? Keep in mind now that my online endeavors are my ONLY source of income. Hosting costs $6/month, and I have $0 in my account to pay for it right now.
If you are as excited about the new blog as I am, leave a comment and let me know. If you simply can’t wait, you can help this project move along a lot quicker by donating.
